Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AgentBoard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What AgentBoard Is

AgentBoard is a platform for tracking and sharing AI coding agent usage statistics. You install a CLI tool that reports aggregated session data (time, tokens, lines changed) to your AgentBoard profile.

3. Your Account

  • You must be 13 or older to use AgentBoard
  • One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard
  • Your handle is unique and public. Choose one that doesn't infringe on trademarks or impersonate others
  • You're responsible for keeping your authentication tokens secure

4. Acceptable Use

Don't:

  • Submit fake or manipulated stats (inflated coding time, spoofed tokens, etc.)
  • Use bots or scripts to artificially boost your leaderboard ranking
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
  • Use the platform to distribute malware or spam through profile links

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You own your data. By using AgentBoard, you grant us a license to display your profile, stats, and check-in cards publicly on the platform. You can revoke this by deleting your account.

6. AI Analyst Feature

The AI Analyst generates a summary of your profile based on your linked website and public data. This is automated and may be inaccurate. You can request removal or regeneration of your AI summary at any time via Settings.

7. Privacy

Your use of AgentBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect session stats (not your code), and your profile is public.

8. Availability

We aim to keep AgentBoard running 24/7 but don't guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentBoard is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or leaderboard ranking.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
